About Us
Reading Boxing and Fitness Club exists to provide a safe, welcoming and encouraging environment for anyone from the age of 8 upwards to learn the art of boxing and to keep fit.
We provide structured training group and 1-2-1 sessions through experienced, qualified ABA coaching staff.
Our Junior programme encourages boys and girls from the ages of 8 to stay active, learn new skills and understand the discipline required to participate in the sport of boxing.

Our Senior programme is designed to teach our students the art of “hit and not being hit” to ensure a long amateur and professional career if they so choose. We have a proven track record and teaching programme that has produced Novice and Elite National Champions and representatives at International level.
Our Fitness programme is designed for those that want to experience the training and fitness levels that boxing require without necessarily engaging in sparring. Our coaches main goal is to get you in the best shape of your life!
